All data transmitted between customers and 911 Tech infrastructure is protected using TLS 1.3 — the latest encryption standard. Unencrypted connections are automatically redirected to HTTPS.

MFA is enforced on all cloud infrastructure, administrative portals, and email accounts. All devices with access to customer data require biometric or hardware-based authentication.
Each agency’s data is logically isolated in dedicated tenant databases. No agency can access another agency’s data under any circumstances.
Comprehensive audit logs track access and changes across all customer data. Logs are retained and available for agency review upon request.
