911 Tech, Inc. takes security seriously. All of our employees have passed background checks and are active Public Safety Professionals just like you. We understand the sensitivity of the data you maintain within our systems and we can assure we have taken every step possible to secure our servers, our software and your data.
We do not access, receive, transmit, collect or store CJIS data, therefore our software has not been engineered to meet all CJIS security Standards. We do however try to achieve or exceed the standards set forth within CJIS policies
We chose the Liquid Web’s data center located in Lansing Michigan. It is a secure limited access building with key-card and/or bio-metric controlled access. The data center has achieved the rigorous SAS70 and SSAE16 compliance audits.
All data transfer is done through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This ensures that all data passed between the web server (US) and browser (YOU) remains private and integral.
Our software code has been hand written within the US by active Public Safety Professionals. No persons outside our company have ever accessed our source code. We can assure you that our code is safe and your data is safe within our code.
